  • ACE - Group Fitness Instructor
Have you attended any special workshops relating to your field?
I presented a research study at the ACSM Midwestern Conference.

What languages do you speak?:
English primarily, partially fluent in Spanish, some Japanese, some Filipino.

What are your interests outside of Galter LifeCenter? Do you belong to some type of group or team?:
I am an amateur boxer looking to make an amateur fight debut. I have been boxing since 2011! I am also a professional photographer on the side.

Where have you traveled to?:
Philippines, Japan, Guam, Puerto Rico and a handful of other states.

What is the philosophy that drives your work?:
I find fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals, especially things they thought would be impossible for them. This drives me as well because I am always testing my limits physically and looking for fitness feats to conquer.

Have you received any awards in an area related to health and fitness?:
Not yet, but I recently competed in Hyrox, a fitness race considered the "World Series of Fitness".

What is your favorite workout?
Nothing beats hitting a punching bag.
