Dr. Panitch specializes in Internal Medicine and has been practicing medicine for 27 years. She has been a member of Galter LifeCenter for 1 year and her favorite workouts include swimming, aqua aerobics, Zumba and weight training. If you are new to exercise she recommends starting with walking and building up to aerobics, possibly try water activities. Her philosophy on exercise is that it is the best "shrink" in the world.
